Shipping Policy
You may order your V-V Vitality sportswear via e-mail and pay by Paypal or cheque. In this case, I will confirm your order including the cost of postage and I will send you a Paypal payment request or you send me a cheque. Goods are sent by registered post within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
Vous pouvez commander vos V-V Vitality vêtements de sport par mail et régler par Paypal ou par chèque. Dans ce cas, je confirmerai le montant votre commande et la livraison. Je vous enverrai une demande de règlement par Paypal ou vous m'envoyez votre règlement par chèque. Dès que je reçois votre règlement, je vous enverrai votre commande par colis recommandé.
Return & Exchange Policy
Changed your mind or unhappy with your purchase? You have 10 days to return the garment in perfect condition with their original tags and receipt. You may exchange the returned garment for another garment of the same or greater value (and pay the difference) or you may request a credit note that is valid for 3 months. No monies will be refunded.
